Im back home....
Both looking, and feeling, as if Ive been dug up.
Yes it was definitely as bad as I was expecting - in fact it was worse.
But now Im home, and Ill write more about it when I have the strength to sit here for more than 5 mins.

You are doing fantastically well......keep going and never give in. Well i'm sure you dont need me to tell you that, the big 'C' can be beaten.
The Christie is a fantastic hospital with truly wonderful staff, and yes again, it is quite a large place with all the attached research labs etc. Have you tried the conservatory yet? While my hubby was in the hospital, i used to sit and read for a while as it was a daily jobbie for his chemo on the ward. Its really lovely in there in the summer or in the gardens. The parking is chronic, but whats a small thing like that when you have the greatest cancer hospital.
Anyway i wont waffle on, you make sure you get better and take care.
